Jun Chin is a Director (Legal) at Dymon Asia Private Equity, based in Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to joining Dymon, she was a Corporate and M&A partner at Christopher & Lee Ong (a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia) where she advised private equity funds, corporates and individuals on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and cross-border investments across a broad range of industries. She also has experience advising on the origination and offering of bonds, financing and debt restructuring from her times at CIMB Investment Bank and Zaid Ibrahim & Co.

Jun Chin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of Sheffield, and completed her Postgraduate Vocational Training for the Bar at BPP Law School, London. She is called to the English Bar and the Malaysian Bar. She is also certified by the Securities Industry Development Corporation of Malaysia for Advisory Services, and Investment Management & Corporate Finance.
