Aaron is a Director of Dymon Asia Private Equity, based in Singapore. Aaron’s main focus is in portfolio company management.

Prior to Dymon, Aaron was Group Treasurer at the RCMA Group in Singapore, where he focused on debt structuring and trade finance, consolidating the group’s financing structure and setting up their centralised Treasury function in Singapore. Aaron also gained experience at PSA International in Singapore, after returning from a PSA overseas scholarship.

Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Economics and Psychology, and minoring in Business Institutions from Northwestern University (with Magna cum Laude), and obtained a Master’s of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He is a CFA charterholder, certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and CAIA charterholder. He has also obtained the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR®) Certificate from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and the Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Institute.
