Qian Lu Chai is a Senior Associate at Dymon Asia Private Equity based in Kuala Lumpur, where she focuses on legal and compliance functions.

Qian Lu was previously an associate at Rahmat Lim & Partners. She also spent several years in private practice at Gan Partnership and Raja, Darryl & Loh in Kuala Lumpur.

Qian Lu graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree with Honours from University of Manchester in 2014 and was called to the English Bar as an Utter Barrister in 2015.  Thereafter, Qian Lu was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2017.
