Established in 1970, Amara Holdings Limited (“Amara” or the “Company”) is a hospitality management company primarily engaged in hotel investment and management in Singapore, Thailand, and China. The Company is also involved in property investment and development, as well as speciality restaurants and food services to complement its hospitality management operations.

Amara was listed on the SGX Sesdaq on 15 August 1997, and subsequently transferred to the SGX Mainboard on 10 July 2000.
