Founded in 1952, Hwa Hong Corporation Limited (“Hwa Hong” or the “Company”) is a property investment company primarily engaged in commercial and residential property investment and development in prime areas in Singapore and the UK. Additionally, the Company also owns a substantial interest in a fund management company, Shorea Capital London Office Fund (“SCLOF”), a central London commercial property fund.

DAPE, together with three other consortium members, privatized Hwa Hong from the Singapore Stock Exchange following a General Offer that was launched in May 2022.
