Aaron is a Director of Dymon Asia Private Equity, based in Singapore. Aaron’s main focus is in portfolio management.

Prior to Dymon, Aaron was Group Treasurer at the RCMA Group in Singapore, where he focused on debt structuring and trade finance, consolidating the group’s financing structure and setting up their centralised Treasury function in Singapore. Aaron also gained experience at PSA International in Singapore, after returning from a PSA overseas scholarship.

Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Economics and Psychology, and minoring in Business Institutions from Northwestern University (with Magna cum Laude), and obtained a Masters of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He is a CFA charterholder, certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), CAIA charterholder and EFFAS certified ESG analyst® (CESGA). He has also obtained the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR®) Certificate from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Sustainable Investing Certificate and Climate Risk, Valuation, and Investing Certificate from CFA Institute.
