Meiban is a leading injection molding company producing high quality injection molded plastic products for multinational customers in Consumer Electronics, Business & IT Equipment and MedTech industries.

Headquartered in Singapore, Meiban has been in operation since 1987 and has 15 manufacturing facilities in Johor, Malaysia.

Asia Enviro Services

Asia Enviro Services owns and operates two incineration plants with built-in specialised equipment for medical and biohazardous waste treatment, and is a pioneer and market leader in medical and bio-hazardous waste collection, treatment and disposal in Singapore.

Headquartered in Singapore, Asia Enviro Services has an operating track record of over 25 years and has long-established relations and contracts with blue chip healthcare clients such as the SingHealth Group, Raffles Hospital, Zuellig Pharmaceutical and research institutions like NUS and NTU.

The Holstein Milk Company

The Holstein Milk Company is an integrated player in the Malaysia dairy market. The Company produces fresh/flavored milk, yogurt drink and yogurt, and sell their products under the “Farm Fresh” and “Yarra” brands at leading supermarkets and hypermarkets across Malaysia and Singapore.

Headquartered in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, THMC manages dairy farms and milk processing plants in Malaysia and Australia.

Rudi’s Fine Food

Rudi’s Fine Food is a leading gourmet deli meats manufacturer and distributor in Singapore, offering over 80 varieties of meat products, ranging from hams, cold cuts, sausages, pâté, to other gourmet selections made from fine cuts of meat.

Its products are marketed under the brands Rudi’s, Meister, Lean & Trim, Taste of Germany and OEM brands in supermarkets such as Cold Storage, Market Place and Giant. It also supplies major 5-star hotels and F&B restaurants in Singapore.

IFS Capital

Listed on the SGX Mainboard since July 1993, IFS provides commercial, alternative and structured financial services in Singapore and South-East Asia via three segments: credit financing, insurance and private equity.

IFS is based in Singapore, with operations in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, where it has a 73.1% stake in SET-listed IFS Capital (Thailand) PCL.

Spritzer Berhad

Spritzer is the market leader in the manufacturing, distribution and sales of mineral water, sparkling natural mineral water, distilled drinking water, carbonated and non-carbonated fruit flavoured drinks, and niche functional drinks in Malaysia.

Spritzer is headquartered in Taiping, Malaysia where its main water source is located in a vast 330 acre tropical rainforest site. Spritzer has been listed on the KLSE since 2000.

Fong’s Engineering

Fong’s Engineering is a leading precision engineering company engaged in the design, manufacture and repair of products primarily for the medical industry.

Headquartered in Singapore, Fong’s has an operating track record of more than 30 years and its products are sold globally by their principals, who are blue-chip US medical devices companies.

Select Group

Select Group is a leading food service provider in Singapore with well-known brands such as Stamford Catering, Peach Garden Chinese Restaurant, and a host of other own food retail concepts.

Select also operates award-winning themed food courts in Changi Airport Terminal 2, 3, and 4, as well as iconic food hubs at Chinatown and Gardens by the Bay.

DAPE, together with Select’s management, privatized Select Group from the Singapore Stock Exchange in September 2016 following a General Offer that was launched in March 2016.

Greenday is a recognised brand of healthy vegetables and fruit snacks from Thailand.

Its products are exported around the world and loved for its quality and taste.

Asia Integrated Facility Solutions (Exited)

Asia Integrated Facility Solutions, and its subsidiary UEMS, is a leading healthcare facilities management company in Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.

DAPE exited AIFS in December 2016, with earnings having grown three times through the successful implementation of our investment thesis and value creation initiatives.

Wah Loon Engineering (Exited)

Wah Loon is a leading integrated M&E engineering services provider in Singapore and Malaysia.

It is one of the leaders in Data Centre construction – which requires highly complex and precise solutions.

HSL Constructor

HSL Constructor is a fully integrated marine civil engineering and construction firm with over 20 years of experience across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

It has a strong record, and is currently entrusted with building Singapore’s third desalination plant in Tuas.

Advend Systems Pte Ltd (Formerly Atlas Vending Pte Ltd)

Advend Systems and its subsidiary Atlas Vending, is the largest independent vending machine owner and operator in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

It has more than 6,800 machines and also operates its own vending machine repair and maintenance support business.

Nurture Education Group (Exited)

Nurture Education Group is a leading pre-school operator in Singapore with 3 key brands – Little Footprints, Kiddiewinkie Schoolhouse and Pibo’s.

It currently operates 28 centres across the island, with a strong focus on holistic, age-appropriate programmes.

Goodrich Global (Exited)

Goodrich Global is one of the largest distributors of wallpaper and interior furnishing products in the Asia Pacific region.

It operates across 8 countries in Southeast Asia, Greater China, Middle-east and India.

Together with our partners, DAPE exited a controlling stake in Goodrich in December 2017 to Nagoya-based Sangetsu Corp.
